iTalent Sports is proud to welcome professional surfer Malia Ilagan as the newest athlete to join the ITS family.

Known for her calm presence in and out of the water, Malia has quietly built a reputation as a disciplined and thoughtful competitor. While continuing to pursue success at the professional level, she approaches her career with humility, focus, and a deep respect for the sport.

At iTalent Sports, our role is to support athletes like Malia as they focus on performance while we help develop opportunities off the field of play — including brand partnerships, media opportunities, and long-term career strategy.

“Malia is the kind of athlete who leads with her heart,” said Hilarie Roope, who heads the surf division at iTalent Sports. “She’s incredibly grounded and carries herself with a level of maturity that’s rare for someone her age. Her faith, her love for her family, and the way she treats people really stand out. We’re excited to support her journey and help share her story as her career continues to grow.”

Malia joins a growing roster of athletes represented by iTalent Sports who are building their careers through authentic storytelling, strategic partnerships, and thoughtful brand development.

As she continues competing on the WSL tour, the ITS team looks forward to supporting her journey both in and out of the water.

Welcome to the team, Malia.
